Helical Piers

A helical pier is a cost saving alternative for foundation support or tieback applications which consists of single or multiple bearing plates welded to solid steel shafts.  It allows for:

• Predictable holding capacity
• Minimal site impact
• Reliability in areas of poor soil conditions

Construction:

Helical piers consist of single or multiple bearing plates welded to a solid central shaft.

Installation:

The entire pier is protected by a Hot Dip Galvanization treatment in accordance with ASTM standards. The pier is rotary installed, advancing into the ground until competent bearing strata is encountered.

A variety of termination attachments are available providing the most versatile foundation support/tieback system available.
