Compaction
Pressure Grouting
Compaction Pressure Grouting is the
technique most frequently used to
remedy problems with settled foundations. Both grade beam and
footer foundations can be leveled and/or stabilized by
compaction pressure grouting. Colorado Grouting has used this
technique to solve underground problems on schools, commercial
buildings and residential sites too. The compaction pressure
grouting method applied by Colorado Grouting increases the load
bearing capacity of problem soil and lifts structures that have
settled due to poor soil conditions or erosion.
