The Farmers

Ryan and Betsy moved to this farm in 1993. Although Ryan lived all his life in the country and tended to gardens and animals he never thought he'd be a farmer. Betsy grew up in the city of Pueblo and they met at the University Of Southern Colorado. Ryan became a Registered Occupational Therapist and worked for 8 years in Washington, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico, and Missouri. Betsy also had the opportunities to work in Montana, New Mexico, and is currently working part-time in Pueblo. Having our own farm gives us opportunities and responsibilities that we hold very dear. Providing a good family atmosphere and raising healthy food for like - minded friends ( Customers ) is what they do best. Virginia ( Ryan's Mom ) built a straw - bale attachment to Ryan and Betsy's home and is often seen frequenting ( working ) in the Farm Stand and cleaning the eggs.
